Dr. Harry R. Carter, Jr. is a pastor, author, and the founder of LifeFocus7 Media Group, LLC. A native of Washington, D.C., he was reared and educated in the public schools of Alexandria, Virginia, and is a proud graduate of Alexandria City High School — formerly T.C. Williams, the school made famous by the celebrated film Remember the Titans. In 1992, Dr. Carter was cited in the prestigious Outstanding Young Men of America for his early contributions to community leadership and service.

Dr. Carter's journey into ministry and scholarship is marked by a deep commitment to theological education and pastoral excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Virginia Union University (Richmond, Virginia), a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the M. Christopher White School of Divinity at Gardner-Webb University (Boiling Springs, North Carolina). Currently, Dr. Carter serves as the Senior Pastor of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Littleton, North Carolina. He is the founder of LifeFocus7 Media Group, LLC, and the author of the Project LifeFocus7 Companion Workbook.   Dr. Carter resides in Midlothian, Virginia with his wife, Charlene, their son, Jonathan, and their Goldendoodle, Cameron.
